We’re excited to have you here! As you embark on this journey with us, please be aware that all new hires begin with a probationary period of 3 months and a minimum of 200 working hours. Upon successful completion of this period, we may consider you for permanent hire. During the probationary phase, you'll need to complete essential onboarding steps to ensure a smooth transition.

 

Here’s what to expect:

    • Background Check: Ensures we maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone.

    • Drug Tests

    • 3 Professional References (non-family members)

  2. Complete New Hire Paperwork

    • Company Policies and Procedures: Familiarize yourself with our standards, protocols, dress code, expense reporting, and expectations.

    • Safety and Security Training: Essential for maintaining safety in your role, especially for field positions.

    • Role-Specific Training: Tailored training designed to prepare you for success in your position.

  4. Reimagine Resources Probationary Training

Completing these steps will set you up for success and ensure compliance. During your probationary period, you'll have access to support and resources to help you thrive. Following this period, we’ll evaluate your fit for a long-term role with us.
