1. Liability and Assumption of Risk
Reimagine Resources assumes no liability for any damages or injuries resulting from the installation, use, or maintenance of the fitness equipment and services provided. By signing, the customer or their authorized representative acknowledges that they assume all responsibility and risk for ensuring the proper installation, usage, and maintenance of the equipment to prevent potential damages to property or injury to individuals.
2. Payment Terms
A non-refundable travel fee is due at the time of scheduling a service call.
If a deposit is required, it must be received before the delivery and/or installation of all products and services.
The remaining balance on all invoices is due upon completion of the installation or service.
A 4% credit card processing fee applies to all credit card payments.
A monthly 3% late fee will apply to any unpaid balance on services or products.
3. Estimate Disclaimer
The provided quote represents an estimated cost only and is not a final or exact figure. Actual costs may vary due to factors such as customization, additional services, or unforeseen requirements during installation or service.
4. Validity of Quote
This quote is valid for 30 days from the issuance date. Prices and availability of products and services may change after this period.
5. Additional Costs
Any additional costs incurred due to customer-requested changes beyond the original scope of this quote will be billed separately.
6. Warranty and Support
Warranty coverage and post-sale support are subject to the terms provided by the manufacturer for each product. All pre-owned items are sold as-is, without any warranty or guarantee.
7. Cancellation or Modification
Requests to cancel or modify the quoted products or services must be submitted in writing and may incur additional charges based on the timing and scope of the request.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement and any resulting transactions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within Missouri.
Acknowledgment of Agreement
By signing this document, the client or their authorized representative confirms their understanding of and agreement to the terms outlined above, including full responsibility for the safe use and maintenance of the fitness equipment provided by Reimagine Resources, whether for installation and/or service purposes.
