Laura Scheidhauer is a highly experienced educator and coach who has been successful in working with diverse populations for over 25 years. She specializes in helping individuals, teams, and leaders reach their full potential and become high-performing, highly productive, and highly effective. Laura works with a wide range of clients, including large corporations, non-profit organizations, and individuals.

One of Laura's key areas of focus is helping her clients identify the factors that undermine their influence and hinder their success. She provides them with the necessary tools and strategies to overcome these obstacles and move from good to great. Some of the areas she addresses include improving communication, eliminating silos, gossip, and drama, as well as enhancing role clarity and productivity within organizations.
